Blogging Again, Finally! ^_^
I've really been neglecting my blog lately. Tsk, tsk... It's because my computer is SO slow it can't keep a trying person sane. @_@ Plus, I've been trying to use my internet card in moderation. ^^; Anyhow, considering the time I spent away from blogging, I kind of have a lot to say.... Prepare yourself. Hehehe...
My parents have taken off for their trip. Considering the amount of paranoia planted in me right now, I hope they get back safely! T_T
Anyway, Sig got into Linguistics!!! So a few days ago, I accompanied her to UP and we got her Official Certificate as a UP student. Imagine how Vigile shrieked at the sight of it. ^_^ My friends are so nice to have around. XD Anyway, I also got to meet Dwelly, and took a dozen pics of him for so that my camera could serve its higher purpose. XD
We had a nice afternoon with Selda and Stacy and Vigile as well. :D It was a nice get-together. We were all smiling and laughing. I miss Selda!!! Fellow Constantine fan!! XD Yay! Too bad we'll never get to see him on Idol again. I really thought he had the competition in the bag. It turns out he did, which was why he lost. X( Bianca did a little research, and somehow managed to come across a "Vote-for-the-worst" website, which is Anti-AI. It seeks to encourage people to vote for Scott Savol, and to boycott voting for the rockers, because of they believe that the producers and judges are already too biased. It a shame, voting against talent just so the show won't turn out well. >< Bad, bad choice... Poor Scott and Constantine. >< Voted out cause you're the best and kept cause your the worst, OUCH!
Tracy is planning something very special for her b-day. :) I hope we can ALL come! *pokes Selda, Stacy, Kimmy, Vigile, Sig*
And I've begun fixing up the antagonist quiz. It'll be up before the end of the summer, if i have my say in things. XD
Anime... Midori no Hibi is about to end, and I've become a sort-of Naruto and Samurai 7 fan. Love the fight scenes. <3 Anyway, Animax is going to show Escaflowne the movie this months, as well as the Jap version of Saiyuki reload. Thank Goodness! I thought I'd go crazy with the dialogue. I mean, the drawing was one thing, but if the dubbing is bad too, there's only so much one can take! >_<
And yesterday, I finally set foot on France's glorious house. <3 It was of magazine like beauty! *u* Like it shouldn't be lived in, but looked at instead! ^_^ Can't possibly describe it, but it's really nice there. But I've come to appreciate my simple bungalow home. Although it isn't anywhere as nice as her home, I've discovered a bunch of advantages, such as the fact that I don't have to face the hassle of going up and down the stairs to get things, and I get to see the people in my house more. ^_^ If we had more than one floor and our own rooms, we probably would have holed ourselves in self-proclaimed isolation, or something like that. ^_^ Not that it's happening to France's family. They all sleep in the same room, which we don't have to do, cause in our house, there's only too much space. ^_^
I know my family, we aren't really what you can call affectionate. Own rooms would spell distance, cause I doubt Bianca and Bernice would just come to my room for no apparent reason but to visit me. -_- Besides, I've realized that I find my home incredibly comfortable.
Anyway, I miss my Certeza cousins, and while we were in Blue Ridge (France's Subdivision) we came up with a nice idea. Time Capsule!!! ^_^ i think we should make one for the kada too. XD We intend to put letters for our future selves there, predictions about our jobs and the order in which we'll get married (guesses are that Cara's first ^_^), autograph book entries, wish lists, predictions, etc. And in about 20 years, we'll all get together to open it, and see if our predictions are correct, see how much we've changed and to re-acquaint our older selves with our 2005 selves. Fun ne? :D Perfect re-evaluation tool! ^_^ Bright-eyed ideals addressed to our future selves. Hehehe... ^_^
And btw, I watched xXx2: the next level. Bad movie. I didn't like it one bit. Even bernice said it was all just blown-up eye-candy. Imagine. We found the Matrix nice, mind you. So for her to say that, it must have been so obvious that the story was almost inexistent or really bad. X( Story-wise it sucks cause its too cliche to be true, and action scenes were too overblown, that most of them were done in very obvious and tasteless computer CGI. -_- Plus, there were also too many loop holes, convenient close calls, dumb mistakes, "duh' moments, and predictable outcomes for me to appreciate it. And worst of all... leave the lead guy and this supposed-to-be-tough girl alone for one second and some icky music starts and they do all sorts of tasteless flirting. In one such spot, they were in a garage and their companion stpes away for a few minutes, and he's started trying to take her clothes off, in the open room! >< And the fight scenes weren't even as good as I had hoped. Really, English 1 has had some profound effect on my opinion on American movies, but this one was worse without English 1! Tsk tsk... I could go on and on, but I know you guys have limits too (Vigile gets moody on me when I complain, for instance) so I'll stop there. I should have just suggested The Interpreter. -_- There were only 4 movies available there, and I'm watching Can this Be Love with my triomates, and Guess Who is I pressume a bit like My Boss' Daughter. At least the trailers were still fun. ^_^ But if you want to watch the movie anyways, go ahead. After all, it may be just me...
Anyway, as usual, sorry for my spelling and grammatical errors. Please forgive me. I'm trying to type fast so I don't forget anything, I may have skipped a bunch of them somewhere. ^_^; Just alert me so I can fix them. Salamat!
