*No Nana spoilers, from my point of view. :)
No, I'm not referring to the "how do you bring the banana back?" joke, although I did remember it when I typed the title (obviously).
Anyway, I was talking about the Nana about two Nanas who, though were so different, somehow got along so well. Wee~ Ivan lent me the live action movie of it, and i forced my sisters to watch it with me so I can discuss it with someone after. Fun. Hehe...
The file was about 1. 2+ gig so I had to delete it immediately after watching. The interesting thing is that the producers somehow managed to hire actresses/actors who either really looked the part, or was effective enough to resemble the anime character well. The cool Nana looked so like the cool anime Nana. :P Too bad Ren wasn't impressive. But he got the hair down correctly. XD
It was pretty much almost exactly like the anime for some parts. Except they lessened the fickleness of the icky Nana, so at the end of the movie, no one understood why I disliked her. Well, at least we were spared that horror. They had to take out that part, i guess, to be able to focus on the relationship of the two girls. Awww... Even bern thought some parts were aww-able. XD
