Most of the kada went over to Sig's house today, and we played Soul Caliber II (which I totally sucked at. Go Stacy for beating Dwelly! XD), World of Warcraft (I was such a loser here as well. :p), and watched the Tracy anime and Claymore. ^_^ At some point, I also remember laughing *sadistically* about Happy Tree Friends.
When I finally left that evening, (for some reason) I felt a little down. I can't quite pinpoint exactly why, but I have a theory that it's because the kada rarely spent time together anymore, and we really didn't have much time to talk. The few minutes of "just talking" I had with Stacy were cut short, and as usual, the subject of leaving the country was brought up. Saddening. :( And to think we used to spend afternoons on end just talking about nothing. ^_^ Like the kids in the Tracy anime, we used to have the leisure of talking about practically everything under the sun for hours and hours. *sigh* Kimmy, and Stacy will be leaving sometime after they graduate, and France my cousin and Bianca both also mentioned a similar inclination. Who will be left? Tracy will always be there, I suppose, and so will Sig and Selda, hopefully. I mean, all three have family businesses they can take over right?
Grr.. Why do I let such things bother me anyway? Birthdays and reunions and gatherings are happy occasions! Happy! *sigh* But at least I got to see most of the Kada. That's something to be happy about, even though I don't know when I'll possibly see them next. *cough gimmick sembreak cough* ;)
Blogs are such useful outlets of negativity. ^^;
