*Entry edited now that I know how the movie ends. XD*
I'm watching a movie with Chris O'Donnell and Renee Zellweger called the Bachelor. Grabe. There's a scene where the two of them are attending a wedding, and told from a guys point of view, O' Donnell compared the bouquet throw to the lottery in that short story he read in high school: The Lottery. Remember it from our high school days? It's the story where one person gets picked in a town lottery and becomes a human sacrifice for the town. Well, he says that for the men, that's what the bouquet throw is. All the men are nervously standing in the sidelines, and whose ever girlfriend gets the bouquet is the winner of the said lottery. The future sacrifice. @__@ At some point, some guy (the granddad) said that love isn't the point of marriage, it's the begetting of offspring, cause in the future, marriage becomes some "cold chaste loveless shell". I'm like, "Whaaat the hell?"..."Men. Tsk." But it turns out fine in the end, I think. ^^; The bridal mob was funny, and I guess I found it pretty interesting enough to watch till the end. ^^;
And other random things I picked up:
The Mrs Smith role in Mr & Mrs. Smith was originally meant for Nicole Kidman. Wow. Weird huh? ^^
Lucy Liu's role in Charlie's Angels was offered and turned down by Angelina. XD
